Intelligent Response from a Boeing Engineer at American-French Conference

Posted on February 19th, 2008 in Funny Stuff, News, Politics by Jason House

There was a conference in France where a number of international engineers were taking part, including French and American. During a break one of the French engineers came back into the room saying ‘Have you heard the latest dumb stunt Bush has done? He has sent an aircraft carrier to Indonesia to help the tsunami victims. What does he intended to do, bomb them?’

A Boeing engineer stood up and replied quietly: ‘Our carriers have three hospitals on board that can treat several hundred people; they are nuclear powered and can supply emergency electrical power to shore facilities; they have three cafeterias with the capacity to feed 3,000 people three meals a day, they can produce several thousand gallons of fresh water from sea water each day, and they carry half a dozen helicopters for use in transporting victims and injured to and from their flight deck.. We have eleven such ships; how many does France have?’

There was dead silence!

Let’s make it a Super Tuesday for Huckabee!

Posted on February 4th, 2008 in News, Politics by Jason House

MikeHuckabee.com - I Like Mike!

Hey everyone! Tomorrow is Super Tuesday and I just wanted to remind you to go out and vote for Gov. Mike Huckabee. I have lived in Arkansas for about 14 years now under his AWESOME leadership! I have had the privilege to be with him on several occasions and I know him to be very honest and responsible! Now I know people can surprise you sometimes but we need to look at this man’s track record and see that he has been consistent through out the years! I would rather vote for someone who stands a less likely chance of getting in the White House and pulling a big shenanigan than someone who has pulled the weave over everybody’s eyes an innumerable amount of times. Enough of my rambling but if we want to become a better nation we must have the best leadership!

Vote Huckabee 2008!!!

How to start the day with a Positive Outlook…..

Posted on May 29th, 2007 in Funny Stuff, Politics by Jason House

1. Open a “new file” in your computer.

2. Name it, “Hillary Rodham Clinton”.

3. Send it to the “trash”.

4. Empty the “trash”.

5. Your PC will ask you, “Do you really want to get rid of “Hillary Rodham Clinton”?

6. Firmly, Click “Yes”. Feel better???

P.S. Next week, we’ll do “Nancy Pelosi!”

Disclaimer: This is not meant as slander or harassment. This is an email I received from a lawyer friend and I thought it was funny.

Another Way to Look at It!!

Posted on May 17th, 2007 in Funny Stuff, News, Politics by Jason House

Consider this:

Regardless of where you stand on the issue of the U. S. involvement in Iraq, here’s a sobering statistic.

There has been a monthly average of 160,000 troops in the Iraq theatre of operations during the last 22 months, and a total of 2,112 deaths. That gives a firearm death rate of 60 per 100,000 soldiers. The firearm death rate in Washington, DC is 80.6 per 100,000 persons for the same period. That means that you are about 25% more likely to be shot and killed in the U.S. Capital than you are in Iraq.

Conclusion: The U.S. should pull out of Washington.

Virginia Tech Tragedy - Is it our fault?

Posted on April 19th, 2007 in News, Normal Stuff, Politics by Jason House

Greetings,
My heart is stricken for the families of the victims of the Virginia Tech massacre. I can’t even imagine the grief that has befallen them. Most of the students were so young, ready to start fulfilling their lives’ dreams in such a short time. The professors were getting closer to the end of their career and heading for retirement, day by day. Oh,what a terrible tragedy! The acts of Cho are so treacherous! I can’t even begin to think about committing even one of the 33 murders that he did. How can you take an innocent persons life and just snatch it out from under them? On the other hand, is Cho to blame for this? I mean, he’s only probably never been taught “Thou Shalt not Kill.” Maybe he has been taught, but how can anyone expect him to believe that is a fact when he sees people doing it all the time on TV and video games? When will America wake and see that we need to get God and prayer back into the schools? When I say God, I do not mean ALLAH or Mohammad. I mean, JESUS CHRIST, the one and ONLY! America was not founded on ‘Islam’ and it shall not prosper on it either. If you don’t like it, move out of the country! That’s a sophisticated statement for the redneck language “pack yo’ bags an’ get outta heuh!”

My prayers are with every victim’s family!

God Bless America,
 Jason

My Political Guns’ a gettin’ fired up!

Posted on April 14th, 2007 in Normal Stuff, Politics by Jason House

Whew! It seems like everything that has been going on has been slowing
me down. Anybody that knows me very well, knows that I am a very
politically informed person. I have always been up to date on
everything about issues and so on and so forth. Lately, with me trying
to graduate, take senior pictures, and everything else in between, I
have not been able to keep up with everything.

My guns are starting to get fired up though! I am fixing to start
researching everything and staying more informed like I used to. In the
last election I was a poll watcher. It was a very interesting
experience! To prove that a true statement, I was setting there and (of
course poll watchers can’t talk to any voters) my Aunt came in. She had
already been informed by one of the poll workers that I couldn’t speak
with her. She comes over to me and puts her arms around me and says
something and I just had to look at her. Finally, she says “okay” and
just walks away.

As far as issues go, if you know me, you know how I believe. The main
thing we need to concentrate on right now is getting Barack Obama OFF
OF THE CAMPAIGN. Hillary is horrible, yes, but Barack is insane! For
starters, he is a Muslim, or Moslem, however you spell that
dreaded word. Second, he is a piece of demoncrap! We do not need a
Democrat prez but we DEFINITELY do not want a Muslim.

Forever and Young Republican,

 Jason

I’m lazy!

Posted on February 26th, 2007 in News, Normal Stuff, Politics by Jason House

Yeah I know I’ve been a bit lazy on the blog lately. But, Just tell me how I can report on such things as Britney shaving her head! Poor girl! Hmmm…Let’s see….I wonder what I can do to help me gain international exposure in the media??? I’m definitely not going to be another Cindy Sheehan! I almost have to take a pain reliever just to look at her! She is one mixed up woman! Now I’m not going to say that either of these two aren’t doing what they think is right. The reason why: I always try to put myself in other peoples situations before I judge them and I’m also a very open-minded person. On the other hand, just because they think what they are doing is right, does that make me want to go out and shave my head and be a degenerate anti-war activist? I don’t EVEN think so!!!!!!!!!

The one and the ONLY…..Jr H!

Later folks!

Military Deterioration

Posted on October 13th, 2006 in Funny Stuff, Politics by Jason House
I sat, as did millions of other Americans, and watched as our government underwent a peaceful transition of power in January 2001. At first, I felt a swell of pride and patriotism as I watched George W. Bush take his oath of office. However, all that pride vanished as I watched William Jefferson Clinton board Air Force One for the final time. I saw 21 U.S. Marines in full dress, with rifles, fire a 21-gun salute to the outgoing President.

It was then that I realized how far America’s military had deteriorated. Every last one of them missed.
