Everyone should know by now that there are really no true “secrets” to losing weight. Yes…some diets may allow you to eat weird and lose a few pounds but as soon as you return to normal eating habits you gain it right back plus more. That’s why we should focus on portion control. In the future I would like to do a series of posts on dieting the right way. I’m not certified or anything but I believe that I have plenty of knowledge to help people lose weight the right way. Common sense can go a long way in any situation. To me….it’s kind of crazy to say that one diet will work for everybody when clearly everybody is different. We have different bodies, health issues….everything…no two alike. Yes there are basic principles to follow but it goes deeper than that. June 12th, 2010Oh man….so much has happened between now and my last post. I’m not going to even attempt to describe it all! I’ve been traveling like crazy. Having fun….living life to the fullest! I lost a friend today. He drowned in a swimming pool. Only 22 years of age. It’s so tragic. I feel peace coming from God though. It’s so amazing!

I would like to report that I FINALLY have this blogs software updated as well as it’s look! I hope you guys like the new look! I will probably end up changing it more frequently as I know plan to blog more frequently! I have added a ‘Share This’ button and I will probably discontinue the use of Technorati tags unless I just feel like using them. I believe I will start using local tags however!
I’ve been at my current job for almost 2 years now and I think that is about to change! It takes up all of my time and I have no time to do things that I need to do like blog…lol

There are so many new services that have gotten extensively popular in the past year that I must incorporate into my blog and that sort of thing. February 3rd, 2010It has been over a year since that I’ve posted on here! That is SO crazy! I think it’s the longest I have ever went without blogging. I micro-blog on Twitter almost everyday but I should be ashamed of letting myself shrink all the way down to just that!
2010 is going to be a great year for me. One of my main objectives is to get everything I own organized. I guess that will include this blog and all others that I own.
I’m not really sure what I want to do with this blog at this point. I guess it will be a daily/weekly digest of my life still. I work alot so that’s why I don’t really think about blogging or anything now. That is about to change however!

The Sadness Of The Jason Salad
August 30th, 2008Hello once again,
Today I shall tell you a story. I’m assuming that you have perceived the title to be “The Sadness Of The Jason Salad.”
Sadness means bad emotions if you don’t know the definition. (Well in this case it does anyways!)
The Jason Salad is where I will have to start explaining a bit! Yes I know it sounds insane…..that’s because it is! Still with me?
In this Jason Salad we have one ingredient in particular that will drive you bananas and lets hope you don’t turn fruity on us because of it! BTW, this is not a fruit salad!!!! Anyways….the one ingredient is Radishes! RUSHING Radishes that is! It seems like my life never slows down hardly! I’m always going somewhere…..constantly working……surviving on very little sleep….trying to keep up a reputation…..trying to get a car paid off……trying to get enough money to move and buy a house…….and blah…..and blah…..and blah blah….and blah blah blah………etc………..
Second ingredient that is notorious is Car Carrots! I told you all that I bought a new car. Well, I am still enjoying it! It has been wonderful to know that I have something reliable! It’s very juicy too! Oh…and….yeah…..it also helps the eyes…..compared to my previous vehicle! One thing it does not help is my finances! They might could possibly be on the verge of being defined as “slim” right now!!!!! The future is looking brighter however!
And…that’s the sadness of the Jason Salad since I can’t think of anything else to put!
I figured if I was gonna do any decent posting this month that I had better get to writing!
Talking about writing…..my music is coming a long way! I am doing really good with all of that! All though I haven’t been as active lately as I should be….I’m still progressing!
Here lately I have been trying to get my physical health back in shape by exercising everyday and eating better!!!!!!!! I know that I am going to have to become fit while I’m still young if I want to stay that way!
Wellpp….I guess it’s time to wind ‘er down! I hope you guys enjoyed my wonderful little update! Hehe!
Probably will be end of next month before I post again….lol but I sure hope not!
