Terri Schiavo Case

Posted on March 27th, 2005 in Normal Stuff by Jason House

Hi,
I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the family!
I know that it is hard watching Mrs. Schiavo dieing and not being able to give her anything to eat.
The fact is that nobody wants to starve to death.
I am only 16 years old and I know that if my mother, my sister, or my father were laying there, I had to be practically strip searched to even view them, when I finally get in there the person (in whichever case it was) looked like something you would see from a concentration camp in WW2, I don’t even want to begin to think of what I would be like.

The reason that Mr. Schiavo, or for that fact anyone, could watch someone be murdered in this horrible way is because they are so desensitized from death and murder from watching it on TV so much (average person sees 12,000 every year) that it’s causing their mind to think backwards on the subject.

If the truth was known we would probably find out that Mr. Michael Schiavo, or some of his family, is a Mason, in the mafia, or affiliated with some other group of this type.
As few people know, if someone is in a court situation where the judge is a Mason and the convict is a Mason also, if the convict gives the judge the Masonic symbol he has to let the convict go free, I’m not sure of the penalty if he doesn’t.

A lawyer for Mr. Michael Schiavo said he hoped the woman’s parents and the governor would finally give up their fight.
“We believe it’s time for that to stop as we approach this Easter weekend and that Mrs. Schiavo be able to die in peace,” attorney George Felos said.
Somebody needs to tie this lawyers teeth together and stop all food and drink, and lets just see how well he will ‘be able to die in peace’.
I could not starve a cat let alone a human being! My God, what’s it going to take for this country to wake up?

The fact of the matter is they are trying to do something probably similar to a “filibuster” in a congress session.
Isn’t that where the person keeps talking until the time runs out and no decision is made?
Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

Doesn’t state law allow the Department of Children & Families to act in emergency situations of adult abuse?
Um, I would say being without food or water for a week is an emergency situation, furthermore being put in that situation on purpose by someone would be considered abuse.
Let me ask a question or two.
If this situation was with a child what would be going on?
Just what if her husband was fighting for her life and her parents said she did not want to live that way?
Judge Greer wrote, “By clear and convincing evidence, it was determined she did not want to live under such burdensome conditions and that she would refuse such medical treatment-assistance.”
Well I am quite sure she would much rather live under this condition than die a death of starvation and I don’t think his evidence is so ‘clear and convincing’ if you look at the whole picture!
Besides, if someone told someone else that I had said that I wanted to die, that doesn’t give that person the right to make decisions to kill me. Right?

Hasn’t Mr. Michael Schiavo already admitted to her not saying she wished to live on life support?
If he hasn’t admitted why not put him on the lie detecting machine and let him be evaluated.
As this would not be fair for just him to be tested let Mr. Bob Schindler be also tested and evaluated.
Even better, if Mrs. Schiavo is so much like a sister to Mr. Scott Shiavo as I recall him saying in an interview with Greta Van Susteren, “We’re losing, you know, basically, a sister,” let him and Mr. Bobby Schindler, who is Mrs. Schiavo’s Brother be tested and evaluated.
Let someone from both sides agree on certain questions to be asked and let each person ask the questions one time each.
Can somebody tell me why this as not been done?

I’m sure that there are so many more things that I could say but I am going to stop here.

My prayer is that God will bless those in the right and straighten up those that are in the wrong, so that we may all be in Heaven someday together.

Sincerely,
Jason R. House
